Employees are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior promptly to their manager, HR, or both.
Reports can also be submitted anonymously via designated channels where available.
Reports will be handled confidentially, to the extent permitted by law. Information related to investigations will be shared only with individuals directly involved in resolving the matter, maintaining strict safeguards for all parties.
Retaliation against individuals who, in good faith, report concerns or participate in investigations is strictly prohibited. Any retaliatory actions will be treated as serious policy violations.
All reported incidents will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. Appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination, will be taken based on the severity and frequency of the behavior.
