Data Subject Access Request Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy outlines ScorePlay ("ScorePlay") commitment to data protection and privacy. It sets out the process by which individuals may exercise their rights to access and otherwise control their personal data held by ScorePlay, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant regimes.
