Position Overview:
As the Strategy and Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company through its next phase of growth and expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives while optimizing operational efficiencies across the organization. Additionally, you will oversee our Revenue Operations function, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the company's strategic priorities and long-term vision.
- Develop actionable plans and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives, including market expansion, product development, and revenue growth.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency gains, optimizing processes and workflows across departments.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Streamline communication and decision-making processes to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness.
Revenue Operations Management:
- Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team, providing guidance and support in optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies.
- Analyze sales pipeline and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Financial Management:
- Establish and oversee budget, using financial insights to make strategic decisions about where to allocate resources for the best return on investment.
- Identify ways to minimize costs without sacrificing growth, maximising financial efficiency.
- Develop financial models to predict future revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
