What we do

We sell a SaaS to sports organisations that automates the indexation, management and distribution of digital assets by using artificial intelligence for facial, logo, and text recognition. We work with video, live broadcast and photo to tag every single asset automatically with the relevant metadata (athletes, partners, location, stadium, match context etc.), and distribute these assets with customised automatic workflows. This saves time, offers creative teams more possibilities, and lets sports organisations leverage the entire value of the media at their disposal, to tell the stories their fans want to see.

Who we are

Co-founders Victorien Tixier and Xavier Green started the company in 2021, and two years later the team is now 15 strong. With a mix of profiles, we’re a group of young entrepreneurs who are dedicated to solving a problem we spotted in the sports market, and maintaining the incredible relationship we have with our clients to create the strongest product on the market. ScorePlay is a team of 15 sports and technology fans that have used design-thinking to find a media solution for the next generation of fans, as we witnessed the shift in consumption as we grew up. Working across 3 continents, with 11 different nationalities and 6 different countries, ScorePlay is an amalgamation of experts within the media management space.

Company story

Adopted a design-thinking approach to create a product directly for the end-user: Toulouse FC
Once the prototype was built, started our beta with 8 clubs worldwide from Europe, to Australia and across to Chile. Differing statures and sizes to gain an overview of different workflows in different organisations to create a solution that fit them all.
We worked closely with the marketing directors, commercial reps, content managers, photographers and videographers - to develop a product that responded to their needs and added value to the brand. Every feature and flow was tested on sports workflows.
We knew the only way to move forward, was to work closely with our clubs. For sports. By sports. Especially for tools, it’s essential to maintain close collaboration to be able to continue iterating, innovating and improving. Building bridges through media within this ecosystem was always our goal and that’s why we targeted every element, from club, to player, partner, fan, photographer, videographer, social media manager, agencies etc.
